Right, where do I begin.....oh yes, at the beginning. My experience started with not being able to complete my order due to a gremlin or two. I had a choice, either cancel my order and it is what it is or reach out to Fullsend and let them know of the clitch. I chose the later and to my surprise, between Donovan and Kamila, they were onto it immediately. Before I knew it, I had a response confirming I can complete my order. Once my order was placed, I was given an eta which I was happy with, however this also fell over a week that Donovan and Kamila were going to be away. Donovan went over and beyond to ensure that even though this is the case, he will ensure I receive my order. As grateful as I was for their service, I mentioned not to worry, they must enjoy their getaway and we can worry about it once they were back. To my surprise, Kamila came and hand delivered my hoodie and shirt with a special something gift #Jeepzilla.
